Six Bangkok dinner cruises were read in full on their own Klook pages on 18 September 2026, and four of them clear our bar of 9.0 out of 10 and 50 reviews. The two listed are the two we can stand behind. The two that fail are named below, including the best-selling cruise on this river, because leaving it out would make our shortlist look more unanimous than the evidence is. We have not done this trip.

Every evening a line of boats leaves the piers around Asiatique and Icon Siam, runs up past Wat Arun and the Grand Palace with the floodlights on, turns somewhere near the Rama VIII bridge and comes back. Dinner is a buffet, there is usually a band, and the reason to go is the twenty minutes when the temples are level with your table.
The awkward part of the data, first. The cruise that sells the most tickets on this river is the White Orchid, with 8,358 reviews. It scores 4.4 out of 5, which is 8.8 on our scale, and it does not clear our bar. So it is not on the list, and here is the table rather than a silence:

Two things in that table are worth a second look. The Princess sits exactly on our bar at 4.5, not comfortably above it, and we would rather say so than let you round it up in your head. And buying the upper deck of the Princess, which is the premium option on the same boat on the same river, scores lower than the ordinary ticket. Whatever the upper deck is selling, its own buyers rate it less highly.
What nobody’s marketing will tell you. These are large boats carrying several hundred people around a fixed two-hour loop, and a buffet on a boat that size is catering rather than cooking. The view is the product. If the food matters more, eat on the riverbank at a restaurant with the same view and no engine noise.
No price here. Klook quotes in US dollars and every one of these boats sells several seating classes at different rates, so a single figure on this page would be wrong more often than right. Open the listing when you are ready to book.
