Ba Kantiang & Klong Chak

Ba Kantiang and Klong Chak are the last two bays down the west coast before Laem Tanod, the cape at the southern tip, where Mu Ko Lanta National Park has its headquarters.

We list six hotels here, and four of them are at Ba Kantiang. Of those with a January price: The Houben is an adults-only four-star with sea-view rooms at around ฿10,920 a night, Bakantiang Resort has a pool and a restaurant at around ฿6,400, Cashewnut Tree Resort around ฿4,900, and Kantiang Bay View Resort, Also Listed, is beachfront at around ฿3,051. Alama Sea Village Resort, Also Listed, has a pool, a spa and 3,085 reviews at around ฿3,218 for 15 to 18 November 2026 (left out of the January refresh: only two-bedroom villas). On Klong Chak bay, Anda Lanta Resort is a beachfront four-star at around ฿5,705 for 15 to 18 November 2026 (there was no price for 12 to 15 January 2027), with the most reviews of the six, 3,258.

On average our hotels here have the lowest scores of any Lanta area. What they have is depth: none of the six has fewer than about 850 reviews between the two platforms, and every other Lanta area has at least one hotel with fewer reviews.
