Pratumnak is the hilly headland that separates Pattaya Bay from Jomtien. The Royal Cliff complex is on the headland itself, and the viewpoint near the top looks back over the bay towards the city.

Of those with a January price: Rim Apartment Pattaya, on Phra Tamnak Soi 5, is around ฿2,300 a night (a block of self-catering apartments rather than a hotel, with no pool and no restaurant), Cross Pattaya Pratamnak around ฿2,693, Baan Souy Resort around ฿3,330, Royal Cliff Grand around ฿6,938, and Royal Cliff Beach Hotel around ฿7,898 (a Mini Suite). Sirin Exclusive is around ฿2,459 for 15 to 18 November 2026 (held for a spot check). Baan Souy and Rim Apartment are level at 9.2 as the highest-rated here.

Location scores here are the tightest of our Pattaya areas, from 8.7 to 9.3. None of our hotels is in the thick of either Pattaya or Jomtien, and the scores read like it: nobody rates the position badly, and only Rim Apartment, at 9.3, rates it highly.
