Pratumnak is the hilly headland that separates Pattaya Bay from Jomtien. Royal Cliff is on the headland itself, and the viewpoint near the top looks back over the bay towards the city.
Location scores here are the tightest of our Pattaya areas, from 8.7 to 9.0. None of our picks is in the thick of either Pattaya or Jomtien, and the scores read like it: nobody rates the position badly, and nobody raves about it.
Prices split cleanly. Royal Cliff Grand is the most expensive property we list in Pattaya, and our other two picks here each cost roughly a third of it.
