The Mahanakhon SkyWalk
A glass floor on the 78th storey of the King Power Mahanakhon tower. 1,000 baht before 15:30, 1,200 baht after, and the price is on their own site.
What we checked
Checked on 21 September 2026 against the operator's own booking page, which is one of the few Bangkok attractions that publishes its prices plainly. The rise from roughly 880 baht is visible by comparing older published figures; we give only the current ones. We have not been.
Verified via. King Power Mahanakhon's own site, kingpowermahanakhon.co.th, read on 21 September 2026: "THB 1,000 (10 AM - 3.30 PM); THB 1,200 (3.30 PM - 7 PM)", with children aged 8 to 12 and seniors over 60 at 500 and 600 baht, and opening from 10:00 to midnight with last access at 23:00. OpenStreetMap carries the tower as way 444651219 at 13.7234, 100.5282.
Admission
From ฿1,000. 1,000 baht for an adult from 10:00 to 15:30, 1,200 baht from 15:30 to 19:00. Children aged 8 to 12 and visitors over 60 pay 500 and 600 baht for the same slots. Prices from the operator's own site, which also shows the price has risen: older sources say about 880 baht.
The tower is the one that looks like a pixelated stack of blocks, and the top of it is an observation deck on two levels: an indoor floor at 74, and an outdoor deck at 78 with a glass tray you can stand on and look straight down 310 metres.
The price is tiered by time. 1,000 baht until half past three, 1,200 after, which is the operator charging for sunset. Children aged 8 to 12 and anyone over 60 pay half. It is the most expensive view in the city by a wide margin.
A rooftop bar is the alternative. Bangkok has a dozen of them at 50 storeys or more where a cocktail costs a few hundred baht and the view is much the same, minus the glass floor. That is the honest comparison and it is why this listing says who should skip it.
Late is fine. Open to midnight with last entry at eleven, so it works as an after-dinner stop, and the city is more impressive lit than in daylight haze.
