The position is the reason it is here at all. Its coordinates are about 70 metres from Sai Noi Beach, the smaller and quieter of the two beaches below Khao Tao hill, and about 582 metres from Khao Tao, the village itself. Booking.com lists a pool, a restaurant, a bar, room service and free parking.
Staff score 8.9, comfort 8.7, value for money and facilities both 8.6, and location 8.4. Cleanliness at 8.5 is the lowest we list around Hua Hin, which for a villa property is the number we would want to be highest.
And then the wifi score, which is 2.5. That is not a typo and it is not a rounding artefact: it is the lowest score of any kind on any property we list in Hua Hin. If you need to work, or stream, or make a call, assume you cannot. The cheapest room for two on our dates was a standard villa at around ฿2,100 a night.
