What you are paying for is the villa itself. The cheapest room for two on our dates was a one-bedroom pool villa at around ฿3,508 a night, and Booking.com lists a pool, a restaurant, a bar, room service and free parking. If you have a car and want a private pool at that price, the trade may suit you. If you do not, it will not.
