Staff score 9.5 and location 9.4, which is the part that costs money: it is directly on Klong Dao, the long flat beach at the north end of the island and the easiest sand to reach from the Saladan pier. Cleanliness and comfort are both 9.1.
Booking.com lists it as beachfront with two swimming pools, a garden, room service and an airport shuttle, and shows an official three-star rating.
