Klong Nin

Klong Nin sits roughly halfway down the west coast of Lanta Yai, south of Klong Khong. OpenStreetMap puts the beach itself between about 7.528 and 7.548 degrees north, and the coast immediately above it, around Klong Tob, is where several of our picks actually sit.

The six are very different from one another. Of those with a January price: Dahla Lanta Hut is wooden and bamboo huts in the trees at around ฿1,521 (a Tent), Siam Flora Resort has green-roofed bungalows round a pool and a lawn at around ฿2,199, Lanta Miami Resort is beachfront with thousands of reviews at around ฿3,860, and Serene Lanta Resort is a small resort with a pool at around ฿3,900. Beach Home Lanta is adults-only bungalows directly on the sand at around ฿12,999, with the best location score on the beach at 9.7. Rawi Warin is a five-star with four pools on the coast to the north, at around ฿8,500 for 15 to 18 November 2026 (there was no price for 12 to 15 January 2027).

Wifi is the running weakness. On average our picks here have the weakest wifi scores of any Lanta area, and the range inside the area is wide: Serene Lanta scores 7.0 and Rawi Warin 7.7, while Beach Home manages 9.9 and Lanta Miami 9.1. If you are working, this is an area to check property by property rather than trust in general.
