Both platforms score this 9.2, from two samples that have nothing to do with each other. That kind of agreement is worth more than a higher number from one source.
The scorecard is unusually flat. Staff, cleanliness, comfort, facilities and wifi all sit at 9.5. Value for money is 9.2, which is high for anything carrying five stars, and it suggests guests feel the ฿3,617 is fair rather than merely survivable.
The exception is location at 8.5, the softest number here and lower than every other Bangrak property we list except The Culture Samui. Bangrak is the airport end of the island and this sits back from the beach, so you are driving to most things.
Two caveats on the evidence. The combined sample is 438 reviews, which clears our bar comfortably but is thin next to The Culture Samui’s 4,570 along the same beach, so these numbers could move more than most. And a sauna and two pools on a property this small means facilities are shared with few people, which tends to flatter a facilities score.
