What that evidence says is emphatic. Staff score a perfect 10, the joint best we list on Koh Phangan. Cleanliness and comfort are both 9.8, facilities 9.6 and value for money 9.3. Averaged, 9.7 is the best scorecard in Haad Salad and the second best on the island.
The villas are pale and spare, white walls with woven discs for decoration, rattan pendants, pale timber beds, each with its own pool on a terrace looking down over banana palms to the sea. It is adults only. Booking.com lists the pool, a garden, beach loungers, a shuttle, private check-in and daily housekeeping, with an official four-star rating.
Two things to weigh. Its 232 reviews across both platforms are the fewest of any listing we carry on Koh Phangan, and a figure that size can move. It is around ฿10,533 a night for 12 to 15 January 2027, and wifi at 8.5 is the softest number on an otherwise exceptional board.
