Confirmed on Booking.com (8.6 from 2,476 reviews) and Agoda (8.8 from 3,223 reviews), checked 14-15 September 2026. Sub-scores and listed facilities read from the Booking.com property page. We have not stayed here.
Lub d is a hotel brand built around a social atmosphere, and its Chaweng property is exactly where you would expect that to work: central beach, 9.4 location score, two pools, and nearly 6,000 combined reviews.
The scores are even rather than spectacular. Staff 9.2, everything else around 9.0, wifi 8.5. Value for money at 8.4 is its softest figure, and its one sub-score below our 8.5 threshold, though the overall scores clear that comfortably.
At around ฿5,697 a night it is mid-range for a four-star in this position. The trade is atmosphere for tranquillity. If you want the former, it is a sensible pick. If you want the latter, look at Choeng Mon or Lamai instead.
Agoda scores it two tenths above Booking.com, with more reviews.
