Comfort scores 9.6, and cleanliness, staff and location all 9.5. It is on Soi 17, one of the side streets off Nimman Road, so the location figure is measuring what you would expect it to.
Two numbers are weaker. Value for money is 8.9, the second-lowest we list in Chiang Mai after U Nimman. Wifi is 8.0, the lowest of anything we list in the city. That is not a rounding error against the rest of the scorecard, it is more than a point below everything on the board except value.
At around ฿3,896 a night it is adults only, with a pool and a sun deck on Booking.com’s facilities list. BED Nimman, on the same soi, costs less and scores 9.9 for wifi, so if connectivity matters, look there first.
