Viator's own search page showed 4.6 for the same trip on the same day; where the two disagree we take the product page and print the lower figure. Pick-up is described as between Haad Rin and Thong Sala, so check yours is covered before booking. We have not done this trip.

Phangan is bigger than it looks from Haad Rin, and the good parts are at the ends of steep roads. This is the shared version of a day around it: viewpoints, a waterfall, the north coast, and back before dark, in a vehicle with a driver who does those hills for a living.
The hills are the reason to consider it. The roads to Bottle Beach and the north are notorious among people who hire a scooter on day one and discover the gradient on day two. Hospital visits on this island are overwhelmingly scooter-related.
Pick-up is not island-wide. The operator describes its pick-up area as between Haad Rin and Thong Sala, which covers the south but not the far bays. Check yours is on the list before you book.
