At 4.9 out of 5 from 73 reviews, this is the highest-scoring activity in the 22 we sampled on Samui, and it is not close. The next best is 4.8.

The half-day visit is feeding and bathing rather than riding. That distinction matters and is worth being plain about: elephant riding causes documented harm, and the Thai tourism industry has been slowly moving away from it under pressure. A venue that has dropped riding is doing better than one that has not. It is not the same as a sanctuary that takes no direct contact at all.

We have not been, and on this subject that gap matters more than usual. Guest scores tell you whether people enjoyed a morning. They do not tell you how the animals are housed the other twenty hours, and no review count substitutes for standing in the place. Treat the 4.9 as evidence the visit is well run, not as a welfare audit.

Klook quotes US$81.29, which is about ฿2,701 at 33.23 baht to the dollar on 15 September 2026. That is our arithmetic on their quoted price, not a baht price they offered.
